What kind of photo should I send?

Any photo you love. Clear, well-lit pictures work best, but we can gently restore older or blurry images. If the photo isn't quite right, we'll reach out personally before crafting anything.

Can I really put up to 4 pets on one necklace?

Yes — and many families do. Choose 1 to 4 pendants on the customize page, and each will hold its own pet's photo and name on the same delicate chain.

How long until it arrives?

Each pendant is hand-crafted, so it takes 7–10 days to make. Shipping is free within the US and typically arrives in another 2–5 business days.

Hypoallergenic stainless steel finished in warm 18k gold plating. The chain is the same — gentle on the skin and built to last.

Because every pendant is engraved just for you from your own photo, we aren't able to accept returns. But your happiness means everything to us — if anything isn't perfect, just reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Keep it dry when possible and store it in the soft pouch it arrives in. A gentle wipe with a soft cloth keeps the finish bright for years.
